When we started working with Milk Mantra as a brand & PR consultant in late 2013, the company was facing stiff oppositions towards its plant operations from local people out of over expectations. There were agitations, strikes and protests in a regular basis which was disallowing the top management to focus on brand and other growth parameters of the company. After one year of rigorous communication intervention with local people the problem got sorted gradually and since then there is zero such case happened.
